Chocolate – Oatmeal Balls

When you have an urge for something sweet, try making these. Add dried fruits, nuts or whatever your tastebuds prefer.

15 balls | ~ 20 min

5 dl oatmeal
120 g salted butter, room-temped
1/2 dl whipping-cream
2 dl sugar
1/2 dl cold coffee
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Sprinkles/ shredded coconut/ ground nuts for rolling.

  1. Put oatmeal in a food processor and pulse a couple of times.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix until it becomes an even mass.
  3. Refrigerate some 10-15 min so that the mixture hardens a bit.
  4. Firm balls and roll them in shredded coconut, ground nuts or sprinkles.
